Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia Workshop

The purpose of the workshop was to bring together experts from across Peru to discuss the work of the Lancet Countdown and explore opportunities for new partnerships. The day included a range of group discussions and break-out sessions which focused on two of the Lancet Countdown’s thematic working groups: Health Resilience and Adaptation, and the Health Co-Benefits of Mitigation.

The Lancet Countdown will continue to collaborate with UPCH in exploring new indicators, policy engagement opportunities, and to develop a case study on health and climate change in Peru.
